One first: Also Stand 12.2014 has not changed the previously faulted points:
- The freight forwarder DHL is apparently not very squeamish to deal with the goods, the box had significant battle scars
- The air hockey fan is secured insufficiently, thus this has solved the transport and promoted no air on the pitch
- The packaging consists of relatively soft cardboard without adequate edge protection
At my table, problems were present. The seller immediately agreed to replace the table for free. Sorry, no spare parts can be supplied.
I did not use the exchange, but dissolved itself following topics:
- Air hockey fan reattached; this had come loose and slipped audible around the housing.
Tip: For this purpose, lie the table with the billiard field upwards and all around Remove the upper bolt row, then the
Billiards field be lifted. The fan comes centered on a round opening and has two free mounting holes
can be used. Possibly You can glue it with silicon him around.
- Air hockey gate damaged; Function was still given as only somewhat plastic had broken out on the side. The Damage
did not justify the cost of a replacement.
- A mounting bolt H1 lacked: That's stupid because it is screws with inch threads. Since the mass in the
Instructions are given, but I can order one via the Internet.
The structure of the table is no more difficult than a zusammenzuschrauben IKEA furniture with the accompanying instructions, so someone experienced no problem. One must, however, be in pairs, because the table without feet is already really hard and has to be lifted for mounting the feet.
The table itself is fun once it is in spielbereitem state. The pucks whiz at air hockey nicely over the sufficiently large field. Supplied accessories for billiards makes a good and high-quality impression, the balls are surprisingly heavy and the queues actually made of wood. Even chalk and a brush is.
I would table a number of high-quality processed and want better packaged, then it would be a real highlight and unnecessary transport damage could be avoided.
Next would be nice if:
- All in real wood and not foiled MDF would be available
- The many screw heads would be completely invisible
- The handling of the paging / folding would be easier here to get tens of securing screws felt for kilometers
and are screwed, also the fit of the securing holes / bolt is in need of improvement
- The cable for the air hockey would be done differently. That it protrudes out of the billiard ball issue, looks like a DIY solution
That would have to be high-priced all, is clear. In this respect, the currently given price / quality ratio is ok. Has a total of 80s charm and a bit reminiscent of Hostel ;-)
