The bag does what it should, preserve the beautiful aluminum surface of my notebook from scratches because I have an HP Pavilion dm4-2100sg which a 16: 9 or 10 format has, I have on the side still plenty of space, which is unfortunately not so great is, but I can not find a better pocket, it also fits with cover in my large laptop bag, so it is not scratched. The workmanship is good and I can highly recommend the Bag, the small bridge which is attached to one side, the notebook before the rack will help to protect.
