Sound as desired bluetooth difficult with Win7, ANC function questionable

My requirements:
Use the train, airplane, playing sports, for TV and phone calls, wireless / bluetooth, decent bass-heavy sound for music, my Conversely covenant shall not perceive my sound and not hear the conversation and I should not perceive my surroundings

I have been able to test two copies of the Beats Studio 2.0 ... one in the color 'Titanium' and one in 'black'.

Below my subjective opinion:

Pro:
- Fast and easy connection with Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and other Android devices
- Horny Bassa tiger sound, but the magic goose bumps (comes especially when watching from Filem very good!)
- Quality manufacturing and haptic
- Looks awesome, black looks more noble than the titanium version (finally been omitted piano lacquer !!! slight fingerprints are still visible on closer inspection)
- For short use very comfortable (ca 1-1,5h are OK .... then drueckts unpleasant on the ears Shell)
- Call clarity is top!

Contraindications:
- Why delivery with UK socket adapter (1 Ruecksendegrund) ??? (Probably get 2 extra days for delivery as a result of notification from UK to conditions)
- Use a bit cumbersome ... 2x b button = forward & 3xcb key = back -> wtf?
- The mussels are conspicuous small ... have no big ears, but can confirm an over-ear model by no means had ... already after 2 hours earache like Nokia Purity Pro which acted as on-ear (2.Ruecksendegrund )
- ANC operates mE not funktionstuechtig because:
(I) the ANC Fashion without music it roars uncomfortable
(Ii) in contrast to the Nokia Purity Pro (Attention: both devices from the home 'Monster') I can fully perceive my environment despite ANC, but more subdued while formally dived into silence when Purity Pro
(Iii) the possibility (as in the product description) the environment is sound-wise completely off not gegben by these headphones !!! (3 Ruecksendegrund)
- Coupling with Windows7 device possible with built Buetooth module, sound playback, however, could result in a lack of driver (was looking for) can not be achieved ... With Bluetooth Dongle 4.0 CSL, it worked .. (4 Ruecksendegrund.) ,

Balance sheet:
I have now tested within 4 weeks to all requirements in enrollment mode on the market (Monster / Nokia, Bose, H / C, etc.)
I would wish the beats studio with the ANC Funktionstuechtigkeit the Nokia Purity Pro.
I have for me now decided me to practice patience to 1 year in the and then to look in 2015 which is available in the market.
