Excellent headphones from Sennheiser, which already does a really sophisticated look with burl faux, faux leather and beige. Sonically, I find it really great. Everything sounds clean, clear and undistorted. Particular attention dedarf the spatial representation: If the EAR principle of angled baffles shall be responsible, then Sennheiser may consider this system definitely succeeded. Hardly any other headphones I've heard so far has to offer such a beautiful, wide spatial resolution, like this one. In the first test I was immediately blown away from the first note, because I felt that I had no headphones directly. Dummy head recordings are really a delight and it can be very precise places everything. Really good! When I think of a surround headset, which I also own what has sound but never promised me, then I can definitely attribute to the HD 598 is a much better space (the right music material).
The build quality is great. The leatherette ear pads, the burl wood imitations ... everything leaves a really sophisticated look and there is no reason for criticism. In addition, these headphones are very comfortable to wear and sometimes hardly noticeable. I think more praise would be inappropriate. From me there are 5 star.
