On my first headset I was extremely pleased with the sound, but I found the microphone a little meager. At Plantronics GameCom 380, it is the other way around: The microphone is convincing, but the sound a bit poor. Conversations via Skype, of course, perfectly fine, but in games the sound is a bit muffled and tinny.

Operation:
The buttons are located behind the left ear and it can adjust the volume and mute the Mirkofon. The Könpe are well within reach, but can be pushed a little difficult.
So whom the sound is more important than the micro, I would advise to another headset. The headset is comfortable and has a super micro is well suited for Internet calls and Let's Plays. In contrast, music sounds somewhat dull in games does not mind really, is just a little getting used to. So all in all a good micro for the price, but depends on the taste.
