Positives:
+ Compact, light weight (important for air travel)
+ Right good sound for the price range (of course you can not expect miracles)

Negatives:
- Too soft (takes only a little more volume than the original iPad speakers)
- Clamp holds not good (only for the "naked" iPad suitable without back protection - can be the thing but just next to it lay)
