springs protection cover

I have the same problem with them springs the protective cover. I bought this trampoline in May 2011. After a month in the garden in Toulouse the cover were completely cooked. I wanted to run the warranty. Response society. Improper use of the trampoline. At the time my children were slight as feathers and had only 4 and 3 years. This left me with a bitter taste. I was offered to buy back in for another fifty Euro. I did not because did not want the same quality house. I am looking for a good cover at a reasonable price without buying another trampoline to a diameter of 4 meter. difficult thing. Just contact them hoping that their covers are better quality to cover my T400 but I still awaiting a response.
This trampoline is actually not very expensive but unfortunately its service life is very limited for an object that can not hold all day.
