I am a professional photographer and have ordered various umbrella holder for comparison purposes. The Manfrotto has clearly earned the best evaluation. The reason: He's just stable, is very easy to adjust the slope and has a variety of adapters zue fixing it. One point deduction is only because I find the silver screw for locking the flash bracket too bulky, because one of the three other solutions would have liked better the unit ... (I find something surprising that there are three different screws on one and the same unit plays). Personally, I find also good that on the holder no flash shoe, but only the possibility to screw different flashes. With "hotshoe-holders" to screen holders for I have so far made only negative experience (either slipped the flashes permanently or tiny screws dissolved and disappeared ...). Therefore, from my 4 out of 5 points for a highly stable, absolutely funtionstüchtiges model of umbrella holder (have now two of them ...;))
