The delivery took place, as you would expect from Amazon Prime, in 24 hours. The Thule FreeRide 532 is built quite stable and makes a professional, thoughtful impression. The assembly of the items went quickly, tool was not necessary. The instructions may not be very meaningful. A little logical thinking enough but out completely in order to accomplish the installation. The included clamping elements for the roof bar does not fit on the original BMW carrier for the E39.
But I absolutely recommend the Thule T-track adapter 889-3 !!!
These adapters support the bike sits absolutely perfect and super tight. Also the bike is easy to set up and is securely anchored in the holder. By variable adjustment of FreeRide all normal bikes are well fit. I can see the Thule Recommend unreservedly.
