Before (Klarmobil with me) outputs so 20 euros to his provider for a micro-SIM and 3 days between sending and receiving the SIM unsubsidized sit there, you should think seriously about this Cutter.
You can cut out the card with template and scissors - that was me but a) too dangerous and b) to be impractical, since this is lost to the "frame" (ie the rest of the SIM card).
