For a South India tour I bought this shirt.
In Germany I was surprised when trying how cold I felt in this shirt. The free processing is well and the shirt is not too tight.
Arrived in India I have only worn this shirt one day. It stuck formally to the skin and was very uncomfortable to wear. No comparison with the otherwise worn cotton, or even linen shirts.
I made for fun test and a washed linen shirt along with this shirt and hung in India. Both were equally fast dry.
The same experience I did, incidentally, with a functional trousers made of similar material which I acquired at Globetrotter.
I can only recommend to anyone traveling in the tropics you prefer to stock up on a loose leash clothes than a lot of money to invest in this "super modern" functional textiles.
