Encouraged by many positive reviews I ordered the unit last week. Now here but turned up a devastating report, I was pretty excited. In my head I had. At the first pictures of my experiences with the EOS400D / 17-85IS and the G9 The latter was able to convince fully at ISO80-100 me already. Also speed, feel and exposure were fine. When G10 I initially feared that the promised advantage in speed is counteracted by DIGIC4 by the larger volume of data - is not true, the G10 can be felt at least as fast as the G9. First photos with fully automatic and ISO250 have me pleasantly surprised - the detail drawings at 100% is better than the G9. Next: At ISO80 and appropriate exposure time, the results of the resolution are significantly better. Exposure wins in my opinion by iContrast at least at face shots. Then completely convinced me of the better and of course the flash again better feel (grip!) And the improved service and much better screen.
