The film "Fatso" is celebrated in Scandinavia great success, in the German version this is not comprehensible. Haupfigur is a thick Loosertyp the only shopping going to the door and otherwise intensifies at home his relationship with his right hand. This relationship, which has grown over the years is abruptly disturbed when a young, sly brat with moves into his apartment, and with it all sorts of changes .... Well, the stuff sounds now not exactly world class, but has nevertheless actually plenty of potential for an entertaining, undemanding evening ... at least in theory. Unfortunately, it lacks the film but to something very essence-Witz. The characters are usually heavily oversubscribed and act implausible. The jokes are so incredibly flat that one might think it is here to serious dialogue and therefore a psychological profile of a Loosertypen. Prevents will however by the fact that a film of this kind simply can not be taken seriously - it is, at least in German, just boring. The environment and the bleak small town flair, however, was visually very nicely captured - the apartment, full of relics and patterned wallpaper from the 50s-70's is a highlight. But there's an extra star - Conclusion: Finger Swede are away or - there seems something so good to walk ......
