We got a complaint because of torn bodies of the hook and loop fasteners of the company Larca in summer 2014, a Sun Shelter. This Shelter, we then set up in July 2014, our campsite in southern France (with the help of a highly experienced campers from Mannheim). Wegene my size of 159 cm I had no chance, my husband to help build. Well, as far as the Shelter was then. Approximately 5-6 days later, showed again lacerations to the Velcro fasteners, although the shelter was completely sheltered between a mobile home and two high hedges. We then brought back to the shelter after our vacation to Germany and passed on the damage to the company Larca. We should then send it to the company Larca, which has in turn set by mail at the company Coleman combined. Company Coleman informed then after a fairly long wait, that this Shelter was used only for short events. For us, a completely new information, because otherwise we would not have bought it as a sunscreen. The Shelter looks good, has good Durchgehbreiten and seemed well suited as a sunscreen. Inexplicably seems to us also that the company Coleman, the first Shelter has complained so quickly and has sent a new order now to take advantage of the wrong use of our hand, to reject a complaint. Assuming the firm Coleman that the damage was caused by three and a half weeks because of the long service life, even though the damage has been determined already after 5-6 days. I have now passed away. Read reviews from customers and found that we are not the only ones who claim the Shelter. The trouble is that there is no clear indication in Larca and Coleman that the Shelter only one or two days is consecutively used. But I think the high price for inappropriate. Then after a call on my part at the company Coleman I got the information that in the event the company Larca was my contact because they have sold the Shelter. We will now refer the matter to a lawyer and contact with the TV in the show "Könnes help" arrange.
