Strangely everything.

Did the clock ordered and received quickly. So far everything well. When unpacking, I noticed immediately that the time is incorrect, and only turn the little wheel on the left when they are funny. Have it put on the battery and get by appointment with the seller offering to let change the battery and sending the bill to ensure that the money will be refunded. But then I noticed that the large minute and hour hand does not move, the small wheel but already sometimes. So clock returned. Have indicated that the item is to be replaced, instead I got paid my money back and had to order the clock again.

Before ordering, I asked to get a working clock by saying I would otherwise contact me at Amazon. No Answer. Today the second clock has arrived. It works. However, it has totally dented a scratch and the board is in the Fossil Box on closure and looks ugly. It looks as if the clock was already at several other buyers, so unprofessional as it was packed. So much for the seller. Annoyed about it very much. Therefore only three stars overall.

The clock, however, is beautiful, has a nice value, valent weight and every euro. Based on other reviews but I'll wrap up with the engraving and can not wait, because you never know if it really works in the long term. I hope the seller will reconsider its customer policy.
