First, to design, for my taste really succeeded.
The radio has a good reception, at least in our unit and re-quality is also satisfactory.
As Nachtischlmpe the thing MacHD also cuts a fine figure. You can adjust the brightness in many levels and through the design appear the light is not in spite of the brightness.
The brightness of the time can be adjusted in 4 stages, depending on the brightness regulated by and is well dimensioned size and intensity of the night.
The Sunrise feature läst configure well, ie duration and maximum brightness. Alarm starts or brightness at half time. The snooze I do not use.
Subjectively I can say after two weeks habit now that I the rising brightness and the soft sound accompaniment was very pleasant. That was ultimately the reason why I kept the part.
However, despite my slumbers light and sound calmly continue :-)

The reasons for doubt, apart from the still high price, especially the service were owed. I wonder if you have ever heard of what has Usability theme at Philips home? Had first alarm 2 (birdsong + music), now 1 (without music). What is here noticed that the chirping is underlain by a quite wide noise floor, this has probably saved the memory or the resolution.
For the dual alarms, the tones can (5 installed or Radio) way, not independently configure, setting always applies to both times.
In sum, I think that 3 stars are appropriate for the product, because the service is still great need of improvement.
Incidentally, there is in Google Apps PlayStore turned vain and quite cheap which fulfill the same purpose, but can configure thank smartphone better. The display of a smartphone or tablet WRD also never be as bright as the light in the device. Well, a lot of light my Nexus 7 is then to use it at least if you already can no longer work with it :-)

Since bought over the Christmas period and right of return to 31.01. but now returned.
The lousy service has me pretty annoyed. Although placed in my view alarm it happened to me several times, that is then not gone off in the morning the alarm clock. The setting is really bad solved. After putative activating the alarm flashes for a while, you do not notice if you just turn the clock or has turned off.
For, quite useful, bedside lamp to me but then the device is clearly too expensive.
