The hot shoe adapter I mostly use as a replacement for lost or defective original parts of my softbox (or the rails on which they are attached) that I use with system flashes when studio flashes for various reasons do not apply.

Contrary to my first fear that the plastic adapter are - one, two reviewers wrote already about it, that is not the case - they are actually made of metal and extremely robust! I have so far come to appreciate fields with my original adapters supplied only in very expensive (and even then not always!).

Due to the low price I ordered two controllers. Each was packaged in a sachet. After unpacking: Respect! For the price absolutely top quality!
The nuts running smoothly: without hooks or bucking. A minimum clearance is present. For the price absolutely reasonable. If they have been used and kept countered what they have promised.
Lightning shoes and feet can be easily and smoothly screw top. For me there were no problems with the thread.

As they come with me to use?
The upper nut I screw off, the rest is under my screwed Blitzschiene, the upper nut Depends again and it is locked with the lower nut until everything has been designed and beautifully appointed sitting. After the hot shoe or the foot is screwed on it, and receiver (System) flash and you're done - the team holds bombproof!

After this to rated extremely positive characteristics and recovering from operations, I can only recommend the adapter, which has had a similar experience with its adapters and is looking for cheap and robust alternatives.

Generally I can recommend at regular outdoor deployments still appropriate equipment to lubricate minimal or slightly einzupinseln with copper paste. Especially when it is cold and wearing gloves more than recommended.

A note to a question about the rubber:
I for one am glad that the nuts are not gummed. With rubberized nuts I have often the problem that dissolves the rubber and must be stuck again.

In addition, I would like to praise in a review in exceptional cases the delivery: with me the parts from Hong Kong arrived and were on time!

For the price I have just ordered a couple of other adapters, which I as a substitute just grab me in the pocket.
