I was initially very skeptical about what a vacuum cleaner with only 1,200 watts probably can bring as suction and still am powerful! been surprised. The Miele S8340 comes highly absorbent and therefore reliably sucks everything to dust. It is even so absorbing, that I myself can hardly suck on one of my lowest carpets because the carpet is drawn correctly and "sticks". This is probably because it is a deep-pile carpet. On tile and hard floors excellent suction power even at low speed, the suction power can be conveniently regulated up or down with your foot, as needed. And agile is the small Miele! Thanks to the three roles of the vacuum cleaner glides formally behind a. The cable with a 9 m radius (if I remember correctly) is also of sufficient size for me. Practically, I also think the suspension of the vacuum cleaner tube, that you can snap loads on the vacuum cleaner on the right or left. Phenomenal at Miele are also the super long suction pipes, which can be set for small and large people continuously. This is my second Miele vacuum cleaner, the first one is already almost 10 years old and still works flawlessly. But then I eventually banished him to the basement, as the cup was extremely difficult for me and so the cleaning stairs and hauling of the nipple through the house more than exhausting. On the positive side in the new Miele that it has become easier! There are of course much lighter sucker on the market, but the phenomenal suction of Miele in this price range I have seen anywhere. Half a star for the still quite heavy construction might pull .... Must not :)
