I have tested the kettle from Krups with my previous Kettle, No Name. 1.5 liters of water heated to the Krups already 19 time seconds faster.
But that's not the only benefit.
First of all, the look is really nice when you put it in a kettle value. The old kettle, however, is like a stylish Splirte wood.
The cable is absolutely sufficient with about 70cm length. "Superfluous" cable is rolled up under the base and disappears invisibly underneath.
All kettle which I had so far, had a solid lid was opened by pressing a button. This kettle has a removable lid, which is removed as a pitcher. Very convenient.
When heated, lit the "on" switch, a blue lamp, of course, the stove switches off automatically but can also be switched off manually.
The dust cover on the spout is lifted when the water is poured. The Krups me no water on the outside running, as opposed to the old boiler, down.
The filter can be taken out quickly and easily cleaned.
The kettle is very hot outside. I still have a kettle with a metal case, which my partner has in the basement (for its Nescafé tinkering and his rum in winter ....). However, this stove is extremely hot, the only times as a comparison.
Funny, I found the informative history on cardboard.
Conclusion kettle:
Covered, relatively small and well finished.
Something I was disappointed about the huge box, with the kettle was delivered - As would have a TV reingepasst.
