I have previously used the Bold 9900 and will continue my review on my previous experience (the Classic is my 5tes device from the house of Blackberry or RIM) with BB lean.
So now but on the topic:
Taken out of the box from Amazon, the package from the Classic looks very compact from (at first hesitated briefly à la: Is there ever a charging cable that?) But delivers everything you need:
- In-Ear Headphones with Mic (bold would probably call Headset: P)
- USB - microUSB cable with German plug adapter
Open metal pin to the compartments for SIM and SD -
- Manual and Quick Start Guide
The only drawback here: There is NO cover included, which I found then very handy when Bold, even if it is not considered a minus here is simply not common, but still.

The device itself
From the packaging of course freed once examine ... The weight and processing, the large screen and the grippy rear, and the keystroke can beat the BlackBerry lover's heart beat faster!
But again, I do not want to go into it, at the diffusion is the bomb and who has responded to a smartphone with physical keyboard and decent feel will be disappointed by no means here!
So, then switch times (that no longer happens as the Bold using the "Transfer" button but with the lock button on the top of Classic! You can turn off but still by holding down the "hang up" button! ) ...
It initially Siert and "moves up", is much faster than the Bold, and then you put the language and must then insert the SIM card (which does not go with me because I have not received my Nan-SIM! Great "praise has "sent to the new SIM card" at this point of the Telekom me as promised last week that "without delay. Not.)
or to log into a Wi-Fi network to the initialization and synchronization to handle with the BlackBerry ID.
Again, faster, more fluid than in the other models without the simple and clear operation negligible.
Once you have the ID synchronized set or you can leave the device as usual to explain what I think maybe even "easy" and is clearly designed, you find yourself along well.
The software itself
After the small round guide "through" the device, we go ... What stands out immediately are new features and apps as "Story Maker", "Adobe Reader", "Connect to Dropbox" or "Amazon Appstore". Even little things like a flashlight are now by default on the device, so turn on the annoying camera etc falls away.
Can move you like the Bold lived with the trackpad or just above the screen, everything the same (best).
The most important enhancement for users like me, had no BB10 device in your hand is probably represent the BlackBerry Hub.
Everything flows from social media etc together, as well as notifications from the device itself, such as "Some apps can invite only be operated via the touch screen."
At first a bit confusing to have everything in one place, but personally I have now got used to after about one hour of intensive use of the appliance in mind and get along very well with it.
What I think is very good and easy synchronization of e-mail addresses (in my hotmail & Gmail), and the associated Google Calendar.
Also worth noting, I find the much better camera and front camera, both a lot of fun compared to the Bold, whose camera was admittedly abysmal.
The other functions, perseverance of the battery as Internet connection and similar jokes I can not judge for lack of time or even a corresponding SIM card to date.
Also, I could probably still ausprechen one or the other praise, but I think that is beyond the scope of the review! ;)
If you have questions, just let me know!
All in all, I am more than satisfied, I would recommend the device each simply looking for a better alternative to the well-known large manufacturers because BlackBerry has really understood how to combine their proven aces with murder serious technology and software.
Strong buy recommendation, clear five stars!
