Typing in "explorer" mode the maps, so you can hear animal sounds and learn loud knowing and curious about the rather unusual animals. In the various games of this knowledge is then conveyed playfully very memorable in a particularly clever way.
The game options range from a simple "tiptoi as a helper" that the classic memory is quite similar yet, over the sound memory in which the hidden pairs have to be found only on the basis of animal noises, up to the "challenge" that a completely new feel and delivers to its name really lives!
Each game also has even different variants, which adapt the game to your own preferences and can be adjusted to the desired level of difficulty.
Here is an example from the game "The Challenge":
In this game, when you touch the face down cards on the table instructions are provided to the animals. Because a reference but you can not clearly identified a particular animal: "This animal can jump": Is it a frog? Or a kangaroo? Or maybe a dolphin? Only when a player taps the same card again, it is clear: "This animal lives in Autralien" or "This animal has a coat", etc. This may be only the kangaroo!
If you choose in this game, the second option, we may also discover from time to time cards. That makes it a bit easier and also has a beautiful and memorable combination of optics and acoustics!
"This animal lays eggs": Is it a chameleon, a platypus, a turtle or a frog? If you tap the map again, so you get another clue: "This animal moves very slowly" ... hmm ... what was that with the chameleon? If you tap again on the map, so the crucial message is delivered: "This animal has a coat of mail." OK, that can then be only the turtle! Wait a minute, the right animal with the armor we had right here on this map. After touching but sounds "This animal has more than 4 legs" - Oh, tanks and more than 4 legs, which must then probably be the dragonfly. And there was the egg-laying animal. I type it again on: "This animal is a mammal." An egg-laying mammal? After further tapping the card I may discover and see: There is a platypus!
Conclusion:
The playful manner in which the many and strange things worth knowing mediated by the animals is just great! That a platypus is an egg-laying mammal and raise alongside kangaroos also seahorses their young in a pouch pocket, I will probably never forget. If I had only just heard or read, so I might have "aha, interesting," said and probably forget it again after a few days ...
All in all a really successful game with a high learning factor and beautiful animal pictures! We are excited!
