Now I have it and it was able to do some testing.
Software
The software is the Symbian S60, which is probably standard. As someone who grew up with the Nokia 6310 and 8200 surface of the old, I was first skeptical about whether it was not too complicated to operate. She is not but by far. It usually comes out without a manual and with a few clicks on goal.
Navi
The Navi is great. After two or three minutes, the position is determined, and off you go. Based on GPS alone the positioning is pretty good, but can in principle vary slightly. With the help of signals of the network operator (requires paid data connection), you can determine the position in more detail.
The guidance I have tested with a target about secluded in a small town, which has brought some navigation devices and built-in appliances, something out of the socket. The built-in Route 66 software had no problem with it.
The unit can lead the way by voice the goal and this in a reasonable volume. The ISR handy as my screen but small and thus distracting also occurs when mounting on the car holder a little.
Ringtones
Feels Like one hundred years Jamba advertising have left their mark on me and I wanted to finally have decent Ringtones. The there is natürlch in MP3 and AAC, as the standard in the software. Playful natures will probably love the ability to assign a separate Ringtone any contact.
Organiser
Regarding Organizerfunktionen I'm spoiled by my Blackberry 7290, and the comparison is probably not entirely fair. Anyway, I integrate all components into the BlackBerry seems much denser than the Nokia, so I am more inclined to the BlackBerry, to think of a mobile office than at Nokia. On the other hand, I have not bought the 6110 because of the Organiser
Housing, screen and haptic
Plastic fantastic. Clearly a plastic part, but a relatively solid made. However, it looks natural not so wertig as a device with metal housing and I would be also not drop it on the floor (as opposed to the BlackBerry, which has already brought here a lot behind him without leaving the slightest trace. The mobile phone is very works well in hand, the slider tired. The keys have a good pressure point. The screen is good and big enough.
Phone
Last but not least: The reception of the device is very good, and the sound quality also.
In summary, I am very satisfied with the 6110, particularly due to the really good and compact navigation package, but see it because of the organizer and partly because of the mechanical quality closer to 4 points.
