Successful successor with small weaknesses

+ Very nice graphics and attention to detail

- Somewhat lifeless facial expressions and gestures of the characters (facial animation)
- 3rd-person control almost unplayable
- Cases are sometimes called "transparent"
- Part load times too long
- Game circumference could be a bit bigger

This is my first game of the Sherlock Holmes series, so I can not draw any link to the previous parts.
But I speak from a strong buy recommendation, have for those who enjoy challenging puzzles.
All six cases that have to be solved, have different themes and locations, all in a beautiful, lovingly detailed game world. So kudos to the developers.
The new system can be evidence and hypotheses found together and also interpreted differently. This encourages the player to think of, because you have to deduce the sequence of events correctly, then pull his conclusion. I welcome also that you have to make a decision at the end of each case and also a moral.
The game features no action-heavy scenes, apart from small moments, but it does not have to, because that the series is indeed my knowledge not known. It is oriented so more or less the character of Sherlock Holmes from the stories of Arthur Conan Doyle.
The biggest drawback to this game is, I think, the facial animations that are unfortunately a bit lifeless and rigid are.
In such a game like this, it would be appropriate to make improvements here, because after all, fulfilled the Charakeranalyse of people an important aspect in the game.

I would have liked, nor uncover several murders and crimes, so in my opinion, would there have been more cases that can be solved, as only six.

All in all, a very successful game with little weaknesses. If developers build on this basic framework the next title, then it is determined one of the best titles for players with a passion for Sherlock & Watson!
