For home use, the set is certainly adequate. For a professional practice, I would not recommend it. The valves are not yet dropped me. It is also so far gone nothing broken. That it holds less than 10 years for the price, but is certainly also clear. I bought to occasional circulatory disorders to relieve it on the back. It works very easy and it does me really well.
