On a stand-grown this ball head has no place. Suitable for table stand size. With regard to the specified carrying capacity 3kg I would be careful. A camera system to 400g and a prime way or a slight push, it's not without problems. For this application could even 4 stars answer. But was terrifying for me, the perceived quality of the controls ... plastic, when you do not know how long to keep it and you do not dare, a little harder to attract.
