The concept of pocket I find quite good, especially the opening mechanism, which provides a large opening and one raus Camera convenient and can poke and the camera does not langratscht to zippers, as is the case sometimes with other bags.
Also, rapidly moving the belt from shoulder carrying on round-the-hip-carry is quite handy.
Negative falls on me
- Bag is not alone on the table or floor. Especially not when it is empty and you want to load it. But it is not loaded safely, that when parking should be considered that the bag may fall over ... so do not make possible in the near edge of a table for loading or unloading.
- The hook and loop fasteners of the interior divider are designed a bit too weak. If the bag is fully loaded, the weight of the camera and the lens in the bag presses opened pocket state far apart (due also to the good, practical, wide opening), so that the interior divider dissolve something. Causes that's my opinion, the fact that the interior divider only to around half its length ever have Velcro closures and secondly the Velcro adhesive force between fleece and velcro is not particularly high.
For D800 / D810 pocket is not so good, but for the smaller (1cm lower) D750 or D600 / D610 should the bag go well. And even more so for the smaller cropped DSLRs like Nikon D7200 / ... I get the D800 with attached Nikkor 16-35 f4 and the Nikkor 70-200 f4 standing inside ... but as I said, because of the height of the camera just a little hard.
Man lying can stow the D800 with attached 70-200 in your pocket and even underneath the Nikkor 16-35 with separators in between. This is quite handy if you mostly need the longer lens and want to take a second lens still and not always have to change the lens.
The Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 but does not fit in the bag (more than lying and without a camera, which probably does not make sense).
In sum very practical bag, because of weak separator or weak Velcro I subtract a star.
