Unfortunately, a lamp was not from the beginning and it asked only the possibility to return the entire 10-pack. This effort was to me to be a matter too high because I then would have a few days in the dark showers.
Therefore I left it and will in the future 10-he shun packs or buy lamps back to the corner.

Only the warranty processing is in my opinion not very customer-oriented.
