No sooner had the new Smartphon there, the junior the first "crash" had after a few weeks. Quick call to the hotline (great service) was all very simple. By e-mail were the data with UPS / "Pick Your date" agreed (all data / requirements were very quick and easy to understand by email of ERGO). The delivery service was on time and worked great. The Smartphon came quickly and neatly back repaired. This insurance has already paid off in this case.
