I ordered the labels in order to label all kinds of stuff which is so takes her to the day care center. As the labels arrived with us the first time, I was disappointed, because instead of the ß any special characters our surname ended. I then contacted the seller and asked on this, probably technical, problem and pointed to new, correct labels. These were sent to me very quickly and without any fuss and cost. Really very nice contact. The labels really hold on all surfaces. I had doubts if they really survive a wash, but lo and behold, even after washing it still look as before. No separation phenomena before. I can only recommend. But as I said, there may be transmission problems if the name contains a beta and ends on ß. Then you should perhaps point in the text when ordering the same plan.
