I had / have some digital cameras from leading manufacturers and you can always find a hair in the soup. But this camera is just awesome. I am not a fan of automatic settings, but especially on holiday you want fast times take some pictures without the friends for too long to stop. And what this camera with the Intelligent Auto everything is making mega class. From the close-up up into the distance, by day or twilight to night shots, everything looks great. Also, the 12x zoom, excellent, nothing is shaking and thanks to the wide-angle you get the whole "gang" on the photo. So: Buy, there are no restrictions! I've done on vacation more than 1500 photos and I'm thrilled.
