The product is robust, well finished and well maintained the tablet by offering good protection. The potential problem is that the QWERTY keyboard used with Pro Tab 10.1 Samsung tablet written in ........ QWERTY. As I know nothing Duragadget the company explained that he must simply change the type of programming of the Samsung keyboard using the link they graciously provided me in our exchange e.mail. Immediately the transformation was done and my tablet features a virtual QWERTY keyboard but still the physical QWERTY keyboard in QWERTY writing now. This is not good technique?
