The 720 I really like, although it is higher than the old (4.3 inches instead of 3.7) but lighter and flatter. It fits comfortably in your hand and the appearance / feel is great, just as amazing as the 800. This was incidentally also a reason why I bought the 720 and not, for example, the 925 -. The polycarbonate unibody. Although the 920 also has the unibody, but is heavier and thicker (and the wireless charging I do not personally).
The speed and Windows Phone 8 I like also very good, when loading apps you have and wait for short, but not longer than the 800. The basic operation is but liquid as ever.
The screen has the same resolution as the 800, but it is larger - small icons and texts are therefore easier to see. Brightness and colors I really like and are better than the 800. I was 920 and 925 in his hand and did not detect any major differences in the displays (AMOLED from the 925 looks a little rich from).
The biggest selling point for me is the battery: For 22 hours, the device is in use since the last charge, (set up apps, surfing, mails etc.) of several hours increased use but also about 10 hours there was no use because it night was. Anyway, are still 70% battery power left overnight it lost 5%. So I would say in normal use (mails, surf) holds the part loose twice as long as my old Lumia 800 - two instead of one day. Excellent!
Among the apps / WP8 one can read a lot on the Internet, as I need, I think, not much to say. Only one thing: I think the Windows Phone concept super - example is my Lumia 800 broke down, when 720 I signed up on live account and hey presto mails, contacts, Skydrive were (photos / files) back..
