The first device had a defect with the SD card reader, which meant that the device detected not a single ticket. Amazon has very professionally and courteously the unit replaced by a replacement unit. This replacement of the SD card reader worked fine, only this time the return key of the replacement unfortunately had a design flaw. Thus, the key is something wrong and when you press it creaks very loudly, sometimes with a loud crack. I know this defect of other keyboards when the key inside a pen or a mechanical resistance is defective and thus the key "hang" remains.
Unfortunately I have to complain about this device also. Amazon delivers here but a perfect service, the (first) replacement is quickly exchanged replacement by a (second) without problems and without bureaucracy. Thanks to Amazon! In other providers I would have to wait every time at least 4-8 weeks.
It is therefore solely to ASUS that I get an error-free device. Then there also 5 star !!!
