If one has the right cylinder and the pressure regulator to (I had already for a cooler, so the decision for this grill) connected, the grill is quick and easy. The "water board" should be filled by information, grill it, and the grill is ready.
Once it is ready to go, just turn up the gas, with lighter or matchstick ignite (Warning, no built-in piezoelectric igniter or the like., But is not really needed), and in three minutes you go.
Again, from cold to forking out just 3 minutes !!! That's so awesome that a grill Break is so effortless that it's a pleasure. Someone's coming later? It will be launched a few hours? No problem, turn on the gas, fix up three minutes everything and about to hang up! Sorry that I am repeating myself, but I think that's really great, absolutely no comparison to the usual carbon Griller.
