Our cat did at bars always very difficult, because they are quite close to each other, and our cat, which was quite large, came with his paws rather poor between the rods, he always had to twist and turn a lot and it was slow , But you can tell that this has still a lot of fun to him!
The "walls" are similar to the bars a little tight. For a normal-sized cat it should be no problem even came our good between the walls.
