Can only agree with the previous speaker. The adapter is really well made. No edges or workmanship. The
Drive will be recognized immediately and can be treated like a hard drive. One should not only save on the SD card itself.
To avoid the puzzle is when large amounts of data to be copied. I use it to outsource my iTunes data.
But beware the drive actually will fit only into Macbook 's to early 2013. With the new MacBook Pro's with Haswell they do not fit 100%.
