Super fit, super sound, but ...

I've tested a lot of earphones while running and had many difficulties. The PMX685i is my first neckband headphones - the principle is perfect for me. The slight pressure by the neckband holds the earphones firmly in the ear. Throughout the run, never needs to be readjusted. Despite Ironing no conflict with hat or glasses. The sound I find also very good. Have for the first time classical heard while running :-)

BUT: the device is really suitable only for Apple devices. I succumbed to the misconception that one with another player simply can not use the control in the cable (which I do not need) but otherwise has a normal headset. The apparently not so. I use when running a Nokia C2-01 (Tip: brilliant MP3 player, via shortcut keys directly into the player) and the sound was very strange: Although to hear in both ears what, but distorted and as if elements are missing. Only if I have kept the "Play" button in the control element in the cable PMX685i pressed, the sound was normal (ie very good, see above). I then wrapped a band around the button so that it is held down continuously. From there, as I said, great headphones.
