DC I was thrilled by the dynamic split screen, so I can see for the first time. Are both players close to each other you can see a whole, undivided screen / screen. Removes now off a player from the other, so now divides the screen into two screens on which are separated by a dividing line (split screen). Unlike usual but this line is neither horizontal nor vertical static, but turns to each other depending on the position of the players. This allows an extremely intuitive coordination of both players. For us it is not so far happened, that one did not know immediately where the other player is.
In the level there is always plenty to do and discover. It came at us not a time before that one of the players had to stand useless because he could do nothing / had nothing to do. The tasks are so well designed for two players. Thus, while one of the players of the numerous, smaller puzzle-solving, the other can already begin the other objects to use and collect the money.
Every now and then one comes but also puzzles that can be solved only together. If you play alone, so attacks this set of computer and takes control of the second player.
Even after a few hours of play the game surprised us again and again with new game elements and gimmicks. The playing time itself turns out very lush. Thanks to the many levels of the mini-games and the Level and character editor you have many hours of fun.
A few minor drawbacks, however, the game, which I'm going to pull but no stars because they do not reduce the fun:
- In some places, the characters do not change (a bug / error)
- If the aim is a player just on the other and just arg rumhüpft or bobbing, then disturbs the other a little while aiming (its target cursor moves by a little with)
- It bothers sometimes that you can shoot his teammate accidentally (which often happens) .. especially in battles or can solve the riddle that hinder
- A couple of mini-games (2-3) can be solved only later in the game, because you need characters that need to be unlocked .. (unfortunately we were not noted and have played around at a mini-game for an hour and puzzled)
- The game has crashed us 1-2 times, but what is with the many hours of playing time still well within the tolerance range
Conclusion:
A truly great game for couples and children, which is very well suited to playing in pairs / designed. Harry Potter fans can enjoy the very loving and faithful implementation of the cutscenes and level also.
