Positive to mention is:
- The story is exciting and complex, to the end it is very exciting
- The puzzles are not easy, but also not too far-fetched. Unlike Part 1 I stayed nowhere hopeless hang! So in my opinion the better managed here
- The game time I felt as long, I have (also because I needed to riddles partly forever) nearly eight hours of play, which is really passable. It seemed even longer ago than total part 1, but that may be due to my perception
- The scenes are enormously varied!
- Very big plus: The drag-and-drop feature of the items! Click and drag the subject to the object. Saves a lot of time! =)
- While at War Part 1 already, but is always commendable: The hot-spot indicator. But on the DS version, it is also vital, because you just do not see many objects or does not recognize.
- A nice gimmick is the "certificate", which is obtained after completion of game in which the playing time and a game stats are listed. Super, something I missed the first part! :)
And to complain I have:
- In general, everything is not so harmoniously adjusted with the touch screen in the first part. My stylus movements and clicks were often misinterpreted and considered too far to the left. I have specially again my DS recalibrated, but the problem remained. This has sometimes a bit annoyed. It's not that bad, but in Part 1 the problem was not there, so I was wondering since quite a bit.
- The graphics are, at best, equally well as its predecessor, but I feel even slightly worse than one. Not so much on the touch screen, but especially on the upper screen I noticed that. The "portraits" of speaking figures saw in Part 1 so great, here they are very edgy and pixelated and just do not look nice. Nina sees both in her portrait as well as on the sub screen just do not like this, as I have in mind, and particularly on the sub screen it takes some very grotesque. More reminiscent of the days of the Playstation, but oh well. I can live with that, but I think that was a throwback.
The game itself is so really thoroughly recommended, but the DS version, I recommend only if someone wants to play it all necessarily go; I myself prefer the DS versions, because I am very happy mobile while playing, but you missed, I think a lot (it is also not all the puzzles in the DS version). I will buy myself the PC versions of both games sometime, it's worth it guarantees. :)
