I have become aware of this product at the gym. Had the Trigger Point tried role and was so excited. Through the role one saves expensive massages and can sports injuries, tension, hardening, bonds super counteract. I opted for the more expensive option, since it is of the highest quality and has a great cushioning. Roll me almost daily on the role and realize my tension go as back. I would recommend this highly enough role.
