Once ahead for shipping: The shipment was made by Amazon, unfortunately saw you do not pack properly able disk. The hard drive was on the floor of the package only with an anti-static bag more or less protected, was something about bubble wrap and a little filler. For the hard disk: The hard drive is running perfectly and makes no problems so far in my NAS (running almost 24/7). The Load Cycle Count (LLC) has been tested with wdiddle3.exe and was disabled at the factory. All in all I am very happy with my choice.
