Super high-end cooler for low price but komplizierer installation

Property me this cooler for my new I7 4790K bought because my water cooling systems were too noisy and expensive. Cools super and is absolutely inaudible and does so to its name.
I can hear him from an open case from 30cm distance certainly not what surprised me positively.
