I have not been able to make a lot of experience with functional clothing, but this jacket really seems to me to be a good choice, if it should be really cold. It is only the question of who should bear this fact, women or men. I actually wear the Gr. 46, at least as regards the winter jackets and coats, have me anyway. In this case, for the Gr 48 decided. So ... I'm 1.60m tall and the jacket is definitely far too long in length to, secondly, it makes an even "thicker" than you might already is and thirdly, the live in appearance it seems actually cut for men to be. The polymer processing is fine, the material in itself is for me personally a little too tightly. I'll return the jacket because it is much too big to me, first and second, does not meet my expectations.
