I am thrilled with this purchase. The cushion is very comfortable for the back pain. Not too hard, not too soft, with small ball on the inside. At the opening, there actually has a strong smell but just leave it in the open air a few days and the smell goes away. In addition, the cover is removable for washing. I recommend this cushion.
