I have been practicing dynamic Jivamukti Yoga and come here quickly work up a sweat. By the sweat I put on my yoga mat no secure hold, which is a hindrance in some asanas. Therefore I bought this non-slip towel and am completely satisfied. I can sweat like an ox, and have still a good grip on the mat.
