For many weeks I use the Belly Roller daily and always do exactly 30 rolling motions. In the past I hold the position as long as I can do it. At first I did not really far down, but now my muscles have become so built up that I was able to increase the exercise intensity. Amazingly, I find that I still get sore muscles from time to time - probably because more and other muscle groups are required with increased intensity. I have a normal body fat, run a lot of my stamina and my stomach was previously flat. Now, however, I see my molded abs for the first time in my life. Likewise, I have built up pecs, my shoulders look more athletic, and yesterday I made the first time in my life a chin. A few weeks ago it was not yet possible. Besides the belly scooters and running I make no other sport and am enthusiastic of the small device, than I ever thought possible.
Using it is simple, the device is in a small basket in the living room and the rubber rollers are perfect for laminate flooring. TOPP!
