The Click-page can be super set (Allen key, finely adjusted) and also in the soft setting, I have never managed to unintentionally release the shoe from the pedal when cycling (I tried it). This can be use to left and right to adjust the release force equal but is especially great if you the release tension at all wheels equally has (until I was thinking "oh, now racing, now turning with much force to the side" I'm already on the ground).
Mona days Note: The bolts approach to the open-ended spanner between axle and pedal is so thin that you get so poorly laid the pedal. But Allen, who sits on the inside in the axis works great - but it must be drilled through the crankset.
