Super perfect !!! 1

Finally a device, which is fully consistent with my expectations! Already have several Bluetooth solutions tried for Use handsfree in the car, but this Alpine unit exceeds my expectations. My car itself is a Land Rover Defender, and each Landy drivers know can be the noise from outside as there. Crucial to so then the handsfree quality.
Installation is really not a big problem, all connections fit together and laying the external Micros and the USB port no big deal. Operation is intuitive and after a short time really easy.
Well, what can I say ....... the sound is really awesome, even and especially with subwoofer. The Paaring between my iPhone and the Alpine ran extremely fast and without problems. It's really super awesome to be able to now scroll through the entire music library from your iPhone on display from Alpine, of course to hear the tunes or to operate the phone book as well. The reception at the phone is crystal clear, can be given out on all the boxes as well as the performance of Micros seems to be perfect. Interlocutor confirmed me a very good sound of my voice and came not at first that I'm sitting in the car and speak freely. But here also seems the position of Micros to play a crucial role. For me best when the Micro is fixed on the sun visor, because it is up to me there most densely tuned and is far away from the boxes. The cable neatly routed under the paneling of A-pillar and voila!
Contrary to some comments here I can even confirm problems with the voice control via Siri. Also running optimally so far, Voice Control is activated by pressing a button on the Alpine, addressed Siri and was promptly connected to the subscriber. Other commands I have not tested it, but I am confident because ....... but even if that would be the lesser evil ..... really great, all the works without taking the iPhone even once in the hand having to ....... it connects immediately, as soon as I sit in the car and can remain safely in your pocket.
I also like the fact that the Alpine, the music continues to play from the iPhone where you left off when exiting, if you in the meantime is not the Music app has finished on the iPhone completely in the background.
The only downside really is the issue with the ignition and the permanent positive in Alpine, but s *** happens ....... until I found an answer to my car, I can live with the insertion of the ignition key. At Land Rover takes is a rotating stage (release the steering wheel lock), the ignition itself does not need to be ....... do not know if that also applies to other types of vehicles ...... but everyone should be clear : For Alpine there are definitely not the way to operate with the ignition off and ignition key is removed the device. This has always been so in the Japanese. This is only about changes in cabling, ie, for example. As so often described in forums on the Net by changing the ignition and permanent positive (but this logically leads to the loss of memory in Alpine, once the ignition is off) or both cable Alpine to lead to permanent plus of the car. In both variants, the Alpine course, is always manually switch off when leaving the car and how this affects the vehicle's battery, I do not know. Allegedly, the device should not consume more power than if it is connected as expected, always assuming you forget the not off.

What I think is good, is that the switched Alpine back on automatically when a call, provided the ignition key is. Really awesome!

The very extensive sound settings it needs no further explanation, because I agree with the previous speakers on, is really very good and everything else a quality image. Everyone has the opportunity its very individual sound to find the thing.

So'm really super happy and think the device is worth every Euro!
