Apart from B-2 and B-3 I've tested the NB-2s and 3s NB-models.
These have no separate Friktionsstellrad, but it can be still
sensitively set as the B-models with the locking wheel.
They also have the advantage that you have to use only one side of an adjusting screw
and possibly not even on the other side the Friktionsstellschraube.
In hectic shooting situations this could be a decisive advantage.
But is entirely up to what one is longer.
I do not use their heads with the Manfrotto tripods 190XPROB and 055XPROB.
Leave it a coherent and harmonious overall impression.
A 1/4 "to 3/8" adapter is not supplied.
But is expected for most currently in the trade stand adapter plates
eh not be an issue.
I can recommend really all models mentioned 4.
All are manufactured with precision and provide a long-lasting impression.
Sure like an Arca Swiss still be a lot more specific,
but the price / performance ratio to get almost no way around said spherical heads.
The 2-er models are sufficient for small to medium camera lens combinations,
of course, the larger B-3 or NB-3S models have a whole corner turn out stable.
For heavier cameras with lenses that are equipped with a tripod mount ring
(Eg 70-200 / 2.8, etc.), the respective 3 version is advisable.
From me, there are exciting 5 star.
