I would give 5 stars, but
- The steel edges are very sharp (!). I have cut myself when lifting the finger and not too short.
- It lacks a surface that does not scratch the table. Since the feet are made of stainless steel, a wooden board would be ideal.
That's with the wooden board now no fracture: I'm going to the hardware store and the same build my own.
Oh: The distance to the grill food is quite small. Since I use barbecue briquettes, you can not do much there.
Advantage: The meat is nice and crispy.
Disadvantage: thick pieces of meat are outside charred before they are cooked inside. If you are not careful.
So: use Thin meat or with little coal (small pieces) to work and distribute.
